Florence 2 to have kindergarten registration

Registration for 3-year-old and 4-year-old kindergarten in Florence School District 2 will be March 18.

From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., parents can register their child at the district’s Early Childhood Success Center, 103 Hickory St., Pamplico.

To register a child, parents or guardians must bring their child’s birth certificate; Social Security card; a state immunization form from the doctor or health department; Medicaid card (if applicable); and proof of income and residence. Children must be age 3 or 4 by Sept. 1.
