Fatal accident in Chesterfield County

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly accident.
It happened around 5 o’clock Saturday night on Holiday Road in Chesterfield County.
The Chesterfield County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 57 year-old Harold Freeman of Hartsville.
The Coroner’s Office said it appeared Freeman ran off the road, lost control of his car and he was ejected from the vehicle.  He was pronounced dead at the scene
The Highway Patrol said he was not wearing seatbelt.
