Councilman Kirby to speak at Democratic breakfast

Florence County councilman Mitchell Kirby of Timmonsville, who is seeking re-election, will be the guest speaker at the Florence County Democratic Party’s First Monday Breakfast Club for October.

The event will take place from 7:15 to 9 a.m. Monday at Horne’s Restaurant, at 829 S. Irby St. in Florence.

Admission is $8, which includes breakfast.
