Three bikers died during the Spring 2009 Harley Rally along the Grand Strand.

The first two people died Friday from injuries sustained from those crashes. Authorities say 46-year-old Brett Allen from Aynor died in a wreck near Conway. That same wreck also sent two people in the car to the hospital. The Horry County Coroner’s Office says Allen died on the scene.

In the other wreck on Friday, Highway Patrol has charged Donna Sheedy with felony DUI resulting in death. They say Sheedy was driving in the opposite direction of two bikes struck one of them, and killed the rider.  It happened just after 10:00pm Friday, on Highway 544, on the beach side of the Waterway bridge. Horry County Coroner Robert Edge identifies the victim as 47-year-old Kenneth Temple of Long Island, New York.

Sheedy has posted $100,000 bond, but was also ordered on home arrest. She remains in custody at the J.Reuben Long Detention Center until her GPS monitoring device arrives, which could be several days.

And the third deadly accident actually happened on Wednesday, May 13, just after 9:15pm at the intersections of Highways 22 and 17. Horry County Coroner Robert Edge says 73-year-old Lee Maness of Robbins, North Carolina t-boned a car. Edge says Maness died on Saturday from injuries sustained in that accident. He was wearing a helmet.
