Surfside Police search for man accused of exposing himself to teen

The Surfside Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a suspect wanted for exposing himself to a teenager over the weekend.
According to a press release, the incident happened Saturday when officers responded to the 800 block of South Ocean Boulevard in regards to an indecent exposure.
A 15 year-old victim told police that while at the incident location an unidentified man exposed his genital area and grabbed the victim before fleeing.
The suspect is described as being a white male, middle 20’s to early 30’s with light brown hair that was cut above his ears.
He was of average build and was approximately 5’10 and weighing 190 pounds with an obvious belly.

This guy needs to be caught.
This is why it should not be taken lightly when someone is witnessed fondling themselves in public, whether it is on the street or in [a library], and regardless if the person has a mental deficiency.
Someone (judges?) has to have the answer what to do with these people or else come up with a workable solution. They can cause great harm left as they are and where they are, which is loose.
