One person was taken to Conway Medical Center after a single-car wreck Monday evening.
The wreck happened around 5:30 p.m., when the car hit a tree on Peachtree Road, between Highway 544 and Mill Pond Road.
No word on what caused the wreck or the condition of the person in the car.
Horry County Fire Rescue workers responded to the wreck.
