103007 Ocean Isle fire: local victim rememberedA Pee Dee college student who died this week was remembered Wednesday night.
William Rhea of Florence was one of seven students killed in the Ocean Isle beach home fire on Sunday.
Wednesday night family and friends came to pay the Rhea family their respects.
William was a freshman at U.S.C. and a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
A bus load of his fraternity brothers traveled to Florence from Columbia tonight for the visitation.
Funeral services will be held at two p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church in Florence.
A private burial will follow at the Lee Cemetery near Lake City.
