Myrtle Beach firefighters investigate early morning warehouse fire

Myrtle Beach firefighters are investigating an early-morning fire that destroyed a warehouse near the airport and Coastal Grand Mall.

According to Myrtle Beach Fire Department Lt. Sam Vest, the call came in from The Parts Shop on Piedmont Avenue around 2:20 a.m.

The building is lcoated near Harrelson Boulevard, right off of Highway 17 Bypass.

Firefighters say the building is a total loss.

Neighbors tell News13 the building was used to store motorcycles and motorcycle parts.
