Myrtle Beach City Council revisits airport

Myrtle Beach City Council ouncil members once again took up the topic of the Myrtle Beach International Airport.
During Tuesday’s workshop, council members heard a presentation about the Myrtle Beach International Airport’s most up-to-date layout plan.
City spokesman Mark Kruea told News13 council voted to continue a resolution expressing the city’s position on the plan. Kruea said they want to see new language in its entirety and presenter Rick Ott told them it would not be a problem.
Council also approved a resolution to start financial negotiations on the extension of Harrelson Boulevard.
