Horry County Police investigate a home invasion

Horry County Police are investigating a home invasion.

Police say it happened at home on Crepe Myrtle Dr. in the Loris section of Horry County on Monday, December 15.  Officers say when they arrived at the home they found two people bound with zip ties.

Authorities say the suspects were at the house inquiring about a vehicle for sale at the victims’ home, and then left.  The suspects later returned, and tied the victims with the zip ties in their home.  Police say the suspects took a small fire safe with an undetermined amount of money.
