Hearing set for Longs man charged with having sex with horse

Rodell Vereen is expected to show up for a hearing on Wednesday November 4th after being arrested a second time back in July for having sex with a horse.
A Longs man arrested in July for having sex with a horse a second time is expected to have a court hearing on Wednesday November 4th.
Assistant Solicitor Robert Bryan with the Horry County Solicitor’s office said he cannot provide any more details because it would be an ethics violation.
According to a police report Rodell Vereen 50, was arrested for the second time in two years for buggery and trespassing at Lazy J and B Stables on Coates Road.
He was put on a three year probation for committing the same act with a 21-year-old horse named Sugar on Thanksgiving Day in 2007.
The owner told police she installed surveillance cameras in the barn after she felt Vereen was still having sex with her horse.

Unfortunately I live here as a condition of my employment…NOT of my choice. Happily this will end in the summer of 2010 and I can then leave this pathetic backwoods, overly humid, insect infested, pitiful driving skills, too many crackheads, southern hospitality my a** piece of crap area to the likes of FPorlock & Scarecrow. Just FYI, I know very well the route to leave this area and the day that I can use it will not come soon enough!
I did hear this man showed some remorse for the horse when he was finished doing the deed. He turned to Sugar and said, “What’s with the long face honey”!

This man has a big problem.Can we be 100% sure this sexual deviate won’t turn into a predator and go after our children or spouses?
This is pathetic. The same thing should be done to him that he did to that innocent horse. Horry County or not.
