Freestyle Park gets ready to open
From drilling in some of the last screws, to lifting up just one more piece of plywood, finishing touches to the brand new Freestyle Music Park are underway.

Crews put on last minute finishing touches at Freestyle Music Park Thursday.
The countdown is on to the debut of the brand new Freestyle Music Park. Employees, crew and construction workers are putting on the last minute touches to get ready for May 23, the day the park officially opens its doors to the public.
“This has been a labor of love, a group of individuals that have a passion for theme parks and entertainment and we’re working around the clock to get the park up and ready,“ said the parks Sales and Marketing Director John Stine.
Most of the large structure will remain the same except for the Led Zeppelin ride which has been transformed into the ride, “Time Machine” where park goers will go through five different ride experiences while listening to tunes from the 60,s 70,s 80, 90’s and present.
“We have everything functioning and operating smoothly so you’re going to be able to walk from element to element and experience that element and they will have an opportunity to see three new shows, four brand new rides and just enjoy the other great things that have made this park the ark that it is in the last year or so,“ explained Stine.
Later on Thursday afternoon the park revealed another brand new entertainment show called “CSI: LIVE!”, based on the popular CBS television series. The family-friendly show incorporates cutting edge forensic science, unparalleled audience interaction and virtual effects into a fast paced production.
“We are taking the great stuff that’s here and adding to it. You are walking into what we feel is a brand new experience, you’re going to have a new themes and it will be a significant new look and new feel to the facility,” said Stine.
The park added Stine will close every night with a firework display.
Admission for adults is $39.95 and $29.95 for children ages 3 to 9. Children are under 2 and younger get in free. For more information log on to http://www.freestylemusicpark.com.
