Suspended Atlantic Beach mayor says charges were dismissed
Pierce says charges for disorderly conduct and trespassing from an incident in January were dismissed Friday morning in a Horry County court.
Pierce told News13, “The event never should have been in the first place, they were false allegations from the beginning. It was a set-up. I always maintained the faith because God sits on the throne and He wins every case and wins every battle.”
