Gene Norwood, newly elected president of the Hartsville Rotary Club, congratulates the 2008 Rotarian of the Year Marc Quigley. Marc was unable to attend the annual banquet on June 24 but was notified by phone during the banquet and was presented his award at the following weekly meeting.
The Hartsville Rotary Club named its 2008 Rotarian of the Year.
