Save today’s recipes for the next time you need to serve punch and finger foods to a large group. The punch is great and fairly easy to make and the meatballs would be super easy if you used pre-made frozen meat balls.
Pink Punch
2 small pkgs. strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
6 cups cold water
46 oz. pineapple juice
6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
6 oz. can frozen lemonade or limeade, thawed
2 liter bottle ginger ale
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water and juice. Add the ginger ale just before serving.
Serves: 20 - 25

Glazed Meatballs
3 slices bread
2/3 cup milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup catsup*
1/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
