Swiss Vegetable Medley

1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (thawed and drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can French Fried onions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.  Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup french fried onions.  Pour into casserole.  Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, then top with remaining Swiss cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
