Preheat oven at 375
What you need.
Nice size (Large) mushrooms stems cut out.
Vegetable Oil.
Butter.
Sausage (Bratwurst) cooked, sliced 1/4 inch thick.
Red peppers, diced
Onions, diced
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove Fresh Garlic, minced.
I egg, beaten.
Bread crumbs.
Seasonings.
Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning, pinch.
Basil, pich.
Italian seasoning, pinch
Black pepper, pinch
Oregano, pinch
Parsley, pinch.
Paprika, pinch.
Cook sausage ahead of time in the oven for about 25 to 30 mins or until done.
On top of stove fry onions, peppers and fresh garlic in a pan with butter and all the seasonings.
When done mix diced peppers, onions and fresh minced garlic into a bowl, set aside.
After beating your egg in a separate bowl put some bread crumbs on a flat tray for breading, dip the large mushrooms in the beaten egg then onto the bread crumbs so only the bottom is coated. Place aside the breaded mushrooms on a lightly greased cookie sheet and add sliced sausage 1/4 inch thick place inside the mushrooms.
Add mixture inside the mushrooms on top of the sausage then add for a finishing touch, a little bit of oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Paprika for browning. Place in 375 degree oven for about 25 to 30 mins
Cook time total 50 to 60 mins.
