Snow on the Mountain

6-8 Ritz crackers
-Peanut butter
-small Marshmallows

Directions:
Spread peanut butter over each cracker.  Place 4 marshmallows on top of the peanut butter.  Then put crackers on a cookie sheet.  After that, put them in the oven on broil at 500 degrees for about 2-3 minutes.  Just enough to make the tops of the marshmallows a light brown.  Serve on a paper plate.  This is the best part ... get a glass of sweet tea, and share this amazing recipe with a friend!
