Shrimp with Feta Cheese

ingredients:
1 lb raw peeled shrimp
1/2 c. minced onions
1.5 Tbsp butter
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes( I use fresh from out garden in summer)
1 small clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh gr. pepper
3/4 tsp oregano
4 oz. Feta cheese, cubed
Cooked pasta of choice
cooking instructions:
In skillet, saute onion in butter and oil. Add wine, tomatoes, garlic,salt, pepper, and oregano.Bring to a boil;lower heat to med. and simmer till sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in cheese and simmer for 5 min. Just before serving, add shrimp and cook until shrimp are just tender, about 5 minutes. Serve over your choice of cooked pasta(my husband likes angel hair)
