Ingredients:
30 lb. Red’:‘Skin Potatoes for 40 people, or divide pounds down for the number of persons to feed.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt Pepper Tony’s Creole Seasoning Parsley
Cooking Instructions:
Thoroughly clean potatoes and quarter them.
(Smaller ones can be halved.) Mix olIVe oil and spices to taste in a 2 or 2-1/2 gallon ziplock bag, Place potatoes in bag and shake until oil and spices coat each piece. Place potatoes with the skin down on a shallow baking pan or cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degree for about :35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
