Spread Mixture:
1 - 8 oz sour cream
2 - 8 oz cream cheese(softened)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp old bay seafood season
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients
Seafood Topping Mixture:
1/2 lb crab meat(imitation ok)
1/2 lb baby salad shrimp
1 can pink salmon (drain first, crushed and crumble)
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients
cooking instructions:
Thinly spread 1st mixture onto tortilla with 1/2 inch of outer right and left edges sliced off making square edges
Top thinly with 2nd mixture (seafood) (leave 1 inch at top edge as when rolled up it will spread)
roll up tighlty sealing top end with a smear of spread mixture.
Fill each end of roll with dab of spread mixture also.
{put toothpicks across to keep rolled up)
Slice roll from end making 8-10 “pinwheels”
sprinkle with paprika if desired
cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours
yields approximately 80 pinwheels
