ingredients:
3 cups cooked and cooled rice
1 1/2 c diced celery
1 10 oz pkg. gree pease cooked & drained
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup diced pimento
1 cup cubed chedder cheese
1 cup mayonaise
1 tsp. lemo juice

optional ingredients:
hard-boiled eggs

cooking instructions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with mayonaise and lemon juice.

Garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
