Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil (heat to medium temperature)
Add:
1 lb. ground Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
1 lb. ground pork
Season with
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
After browning add:
1/2 medium onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
Saute until softened with sausage mixture
Add 4 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
2 cans of chicken broth
Add:
1 tbl. salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tbl. basil
Cooking instructions
Simmer about 2 hours and serve over your favorite pasta.
