1 box of any brand brownie mix
1 cup of raspberry (or apricot) preserves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cup minature marshmallows (more if you like
1 cup chocolate pieces
Mix and bake brownies according to box directions.
Oven temp. 350 degrees for glass pan and 325 degrees for metal pan. I usually use a 13 X 9 greased pan for 25 to 28 minutes, depending on oven.
About 5 minutes before they are done, take out of the oven and spread preserves over them. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate pieces over mixture. Top off with marshmallows. Place back in the oven and let chocolate pieces melt and marshmallows start to melt and lightly brown. Take out of oven and let cool before cutting.
