ingredients:
One 12 lb. turkey
1 oz. Black Pepper
1 oz. Lemon Pepper
1 oz. Crush Red Pepper
1 oz. Accent
1 oz. chilli powder
1 oz. garlic powder
vegetable oil
cooking instructions:
Mix the ingredients to together. The night before you plan on frying the turkey, put the turkey in a plastic baag, cover the turkey with the dry mixture, and refrigerate. Preheat the oil to 325 and deep fry the turkey for 4 minutes per pound. Keep the temperature of the oil between 325 and 350.
