Zesty Potato Mash

ingredients:
5 Large Idaho Potatos
1 Package Dry Ranch
1 c. Sour Cream
3 Tbls. Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
cooking instructions:
First,preheat oven and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and boil in salted water. boil until soft. Drain potatoes and replace back in dry pot. Mash with hand masher until it is smooth but still a little but lumpy, then create a well in the middle and add the butter, sour cream and ranch. blend well with a hand mixer until smooth. Put into a baking dish and top with cheese. Put into the preheated oven on 350F. Cook until cheese is melted
