Peach/fig pie

ingredients:
16 oz can of slice peaches,1 cup sliced figs cut in quarts,1 cup splena,1/2 stick smart balance 50/50 butter blend,1 teaspoon cinnamon,1 teaspoon nutmeg,1 tablespoon lemon juice,3 table spoons all purpose flour.2 9 inch deep dish unbaked pie shell
cooking instructions:
Place smart blend aside.Mix all other ingredients in large mixing bowl making sure flour is dissolved.Place in unbaked 9 inch deep pie shell.Cut up smart blend in cubes place on top of pie.place other pie shell on top..cut cross on top..bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour .cool and eat with french vanilla ice cream.
