Mouse Cookies

ingredients:
Oreo cookies
Hershey kisses
Maraschino cherries w/stems
Chocolate frosting
Red decorating gel
Almond slices
Dipping chocolate

cooking instructions:
Drain cherries.  Dip in dipping chocolate and place on waxed paper to set.
Separate cookie halves and use plain side for later use.
“Glue” cherries onto frosted Oreo half with chocolate frosting.
Glue two almond slices on flat side of kiss to make ears.
Glue kiss to cherry and place two dots of red decorating gel on front of kiss to resemble eyes.
If desired, decorate frosting around “mice,“, i.e. green leaves and red berries for Christmas.
