Maryland crab cakes

ingredients:
1lbs crab meat
2slices bread crust removed
1tbsp mayo
1tbs worcestorshire sauce
1tbs parsley flakes
1tbs baling powder
1 beaten egg
cooking instructions:
break bread into small pieces and dip into milk.add remaining ingredients and shape into cakes.place in refrigerator for 1 hour.remove and fry in hot skillet with melted butter may squeez lemon juice on top if you like
