Killer Bacon

ingredients:
1 pound of CHEAP FAT BACON
1/2 cup of Flour, plain or self-rising
1/4 cup of liquid oil
cooking instructions:
In a deep large frying pan heat 1/4 cup of oil till hot.
Place floured bacon into hot oil. Placing each peice one at a time. Do not let the bacon get to a buring point. After placing bacon in hot grease, turn each when brown. Stay with the bacon as it cooks fast and easly burned!
Place each piece on paper towel to drain the grease.
Good for breakfest, sandwichs. baked beans,cheese potatoes, etc.. Can place in plastic bad(if any left) and refrigerate for 2 weeks…. You will be a HIT with family and friends.
I discoved this over 20 years ago when I could only afford cheap bacon…
My have time turn around again!
