Chicken Enchiladas

ingredients:
chicken (whole and cutup)
8 jalapeno peppers
10 anaheim peppers
1 onion
corn tortillas colby/monterrey jack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
optional ingredients:
chicken
onion
cooking instructions:
boil both kinds of peppers and put in blender(makes a sause) boil chicken and cutup in strips or shredded soft fry tortillas and put in bowl spread chicken, sause,and cheese and keep doing this in layers(like a casserol) serve with spanish rice and refried beans
