Breast of Chicken Eden Isle

ingredients:
4-6 deboned chicken breasts
1 pkg. Carl Buddig Beef Slices
Sliced Bacon - 4 to 6 slices
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Black Pepper
cooking instructions:
1. Line bottom of long casserole dish with Carl Buddig Beef slices 2. Wrap chicken breasts with bacon slices.
3. Place chicken breasts on top of beef slices. Sprinkle with black pepper.
In a separate bowl, blend with electric mixer chicken soup, cream cheese, and sour cream.
4. Pour above mixture on top of chicken breasts.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 350 degree oven 6.Bake for 1 - 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender when pierced with a fork.
Serve on a bed of rice—absolutely delicious! My whole family loves it!
