ingredients:
Ground chuck, one onion, one clove of garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
optional ingredients:
Pepper jack Cheese
cooking instructions:
Finely chop garlic,onion, and rosemary.Mix all ingredients into ground chuck. Form into Big country sized patties. Best if cooked on grill, but can be done in a pan on the stove. Cook about 10-15 minutes. Top with pepper jack cheese for best taste, or whichever cheese you prefer. Also good without cheese if someone is lactose intolerant
