Brantlee Rose Yarborough of Timmonsville and Christopher Ray Kirven of Mayesville were married at 5 p.m. April 25, 2009, at Kalmia Gardens in Hartsville.
The Rev. Burton Welsh performed the ceremony.
The bride, who was escorted by her father, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon D. Yarborough of Timmonsville. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Brantly Rose of Florence and the late Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Yarborough of Florence.
She is a graduate of Hudgens Academy, Coker College and Florence-Darlington Technical College and is employed as a registered nurse at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Kirven Sr. of Mayesville. He is the grandson of Franklin White of Manning, the late Millie Rimmer White of Roxboro, N.C., and the late Jerry Thomas Rimmer of Sumter.
He is a graduate of Hudgens Academy, Central Carolina Technical College and is a registered nurse with Tuomey Healthcare System.
Maid of honor was Caroline Davis.
Best man was George Kirven Sr., father of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Neely Davis, Sarah McLain, Mrs. Elizabeth Nesbitt, Mrs. Ashley Parrish, Mrs. Jennifer Roberts and Mrs. Crystal Ross.
Honorary bridesmaids were Mrs. Stephanie Hutchinson, Liza Martin, Mrs. Kristin O’Neal and Maggie Rodgers.
Groomsmen were John Josey; Luke Josey; Jerry Kirven, brother of the groom; Mac Kirven, brother of the groom; Tim Kirven, cousin of the groom; and Todd Kirven, cousin of the groom.
Flower girl was Natalie O’Neal.
A reception followed at Lakeview Country Club in Hartsville.
After a wedding trip to Mexico, the couple will live in Timmonsville.
