Mr. and Mrs. Robbie McElveen of Darlington announce the engagement of their daughter, Thomasena Donella McElveen, to Terrance Thad Bruce, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Bruce of Hartsville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Essie Allen and the late James Allen of Society Hill and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert McElveen of Darlington.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Alta Mae Bruce and the late Jack Bruce of Hartsville and Goldie Davis and the late Milton Davis of Darlington.
The wedding will be December 12, 2009, at Christ Temple Holiness Church in Darlington.
