Davis - Wolfe

Anita Roshonda Davis of Florence and Charles Andrew Wolfe Jr. of St. Luke area, Johnsonville, were married on October 17, 2009, at The House of God Church, 115 Wilson Road, Florence.
General Elder Elijah Green performed the ceremony. The bride, who was escorted by her father, is the daughter of James (Bay) and Edith (Loris) Davis of Florence. She is the granddaughter of Annie Joyce Lewis and the late Bill Esaw Williamson of Rains and the late Sampson and the late Rosa Mae Davis of Centenary.
She is a graduate of Wilson High School and South Carolina State University.
The bride’s dress was an ivory strapless satin ballroom gown with beaded embroidery, beaded bodice pick up, with a matching veil. The veil was a long bridal cathedral style with rhinestones pick up. She carried a round bridal bouquet with Cala lilies, roses, with a trail of flowers that extended below the main bouquet. In the center of the bouquet were two kissing doves.
The groom is the son of the late Charles Andrew Wolfe Sr. and Bernetha Wolfe of St. Luke area, Johnsonville. He is the grandson of the late Rothy and the late Leila Allison of St. Luke area, Johnsonville, and the late Russ and the late Essie Wolfe of Conway.
He is a graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School and Florence-Darlington Technical College.
Maid of Honor was LaTavia Davis, sister of the bride.
Matron of Honor was Marquitta McKithen, friend of the bride.
Best Man was Dan Allison, cousin of the groom,

A reception followed at Francis Marion University, EDH Banquet Hall in Florence.
After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will live in Orangeburg, SC.
