The exhibit, “Pee Dee Panache,” will feature artwork by Florence native Karen Hewitt Hagan, complemented by select fine fabrics and wallpapers.
Hagan, an avid traveler with an affinity for the open waters, will be displaying her paintings for preview and purchase. Her favorite subjects include captivating landscapes and boats drenched in sunlight.
“She has an innate sense of color and composition, and when it is coupled with the way she handles the media, magic occurs,” said Theresa Golas, executive director of The Iredell Museums in Statesville, N.C.
Located in Charleston, Parker-Sims Interiors is a design firm specializing in custom residential and commercial interior design.
The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Pink Fish, located at 119 W. Main St., Lake City. Guests will enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres.
