Lynches River Electric Cooperative, Santee Cooper and Chesterfield County School District officials will dedicate Chesterfield-Ruby Middle School as a Green Power Solar School at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

2 men accused of stealing fuel
Florence police arrested two Miami men Wednesday after a witness saw them using a hose to steal fuel from a tractor trailer’s fuel tank, then pump it directly into their tank.
