PetSmart to open store at Magnolia Commons
Representatives from PREIT and Magnolia Mall announced today that a lease has been signed with PetSmart. The retailer will occupy 18,089 square feet in the Commons at Magnolia, a community center located adjacent to Magnolia Mall. Construction has begun and PetSmart will celebrate its grand opening in Spring 2010.

Marion Regional Healthcare tops in hazmat challenge
Marion Regional Healthcare System placed first in the inaugural 2009 Hospital Hazmat (Hazardous Materials) Team Challenge recently at Loris Community Hospital. The competition included teams from area hospitals performing basic Hazmat Team Operations in simulated and task-oriented scenarios.
