Adviser pushes ‘passive approach to stock investing

Swedroe, in an interview with the Morning News, said he recommends investors follow five key points:

S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) officials informed residents Thursday about plans to demolish the Milliken mill in Darlington. Adam Myrick, DHEC spokesman, said the problem goes back to the early 1990s.

Federal grant to spur major construction at Florence Regional Airport

The Florence Regional Airport will begin its first major construction since about 1991 with a $1.7 million federal grant to help accommodate more planes and rebuild the terminal building passenger concourse, airport Executive Director Hartsell Rogers said.
