Croissants Bistro & Bakery announces new GM

MYRTLE BEACH—Croissants Bistro & Bakery owner Heidi Vukov, announced the addition of Will Gravely, general manager, to lead the management team for her perennially popular restaurant.
Gravely, a Myrtle Beach native, brings a wealth of customer service experience to Croissants’ operations, with a focus on expanding the eatery’s nighttime Bistro.
“Will’s addition really completes a great staff.  Not only does he know practically everyone in Myrtle Beach, he also has a genuine and innate love for pleasing the restaurant’s guests.  Will makes those around him better,” Vukov said
“I am very happy (very busy, but very happy). I hope to be with Croissants for a long time and help grow an already successful venture into something more. I personally invite everyone to come see me to experience something exciting here at the beach,” Gravely said.
Croissants Bistro & Bakery is located in The Beach First bank building, at the corner of 38th Avenue North and Grissom Parkway.
