Conway Mini Mall Flea Market to host holiday yard sale

Conway, S.C. - The Mini Mall Flea Market, located at 2300 Church Street in Conway, will host a Citywide Holiday Yard Sale on Saturday, December 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fee is $10 per space; $5 will cover vendor city license fees and $5 will be donated to charity. Space is limited, so interested vendors are encouraged to reserve space as soon as possible.

“We’re proud to host the Citywide Holiday Yard Sale in Conway, and we think that early December is the appropriate time,“ said Tim DeBardelaben. “With the current state of our economy, we’re all considering ways to make a little extra spending money during the holiday season, and this is certainly a venue where vendors can do just that. Additionally, shoppers are looking for ways to stretch their dollars, and a Citywide Holiday Yard Sale will give residents and visitors alike the opportunity to purchase items at a more cost effective price point, while offering a wide variety of items from which to choose. This is truly a win-win for everyone involved; the merchant and the consumer.“

A portion of the proceeds from entry fees will be donated to The Shepherd’s Table, a nonprofit organization in downtown Conway, supported by volunteers, religious organizations, businesses, foundations, and individual donors. The mission of The Shepherd’s Table is to provide help to people who are homeless or in need by providing hot meals on a daily basis.
