Award-winning expert to present seminar on customer service

MYRTLE BEACH - An award-winning expert on customer service will be the guest speaker at a seminar scheduled for next month in Myrtle Beach.

According to a news release from the Raub Group, Skip Corn will present “Customer Service - A Strategic Advantage” to area business owners and employees on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at The Dunes Club.

Corn will discuss the impact of changes in the marketplace on customer service, the release said.

The seminar is part of the Raub Group’s ongoing Management and Supervisory Development Program, Compass.
