I.C.E. Awards makes some businesses winners

He annual I.C.E. awards took place at the House of Blues Thursday night. I.C.E stands for Impeccable Customer Experience.

Various businesses and individuals were recognized for their outstanding hospitality to customers. There were 10 different categories for awards including service, lodging, and retail. 

The most prestigious award is "people's choice" which is given at the end...and voted on by people at the event. The winner of the award was Century21, Boling and Associates.

Nominations are made by different people in the community and it's up to various judges to decide who the winners are. Among the presenters were News13's Martha Hunn and Rusty Ray.
