Curves of Hartsville giving away free week of workouts
Before we make a purchase, we often test the product first. From trying on clothes at the department store, to test driving a car to visiting an open house - we like to know where our money is going. Why should joining a fitness center be any different? That’s why the Curves of Hartsville wants to encourage you to try one week at Curves for free. Between Dec. 1 and Dec. 15, non-members can pick one week to work out at the Hartsville Curves for free.
“We want the ladies of Hartsville to come by and see what we’re about. We want them to challenge themselves with the workout, to laugh a little with the members and to simply experience the Curves community,“ said Audrey Griggs, owner of the Hartsville club, located at 1109 South 5th St. Unit J.
The Curves workout consists of 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. The workout includes all five components of a complete exercise program: warm-up, strength training, cardio, cool down and stretching. Whether you are interested in exercise to lose weight, tone your muscles or relieve stress, Curves can help you establish a routine that will enable you to reach your health and fitness goals.
“With obesity related illnesses on the rise, we want to do our part to help the women of Hartsville form the habit of a healthy lifestyle. And maybe some folks need to try us out before they can commit. Well, now they can,“ Griggs said.
