Post Office in Lake City to have passport fair

The Lake City Post Office at 226 W. Main St. will hold a Passport Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The fair will allow customers convenient applications access in addition to normal passport hours. Saturday hours are especially helpful for families, as children under 16 must have both parents available when applying for a passport, said Harry Spratlin, communications coordinator for the Greater South Carolina District of the U.S. Postal Service.
