Infant’s death ruled accidental

The death of a 3-week-old child at a residence south of Darlington has been ruled accidental, Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee said.

The infant died about 5 a.m. Monday at a home on Candy Lane, off Turnpike Road and near the Florence-Darlington county line, Darlington County Sheriff’s Lt. Robin Bryant said.
