Darlington County sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help to find the third suspect in the attempted theft of an automatic teller machine from a Hartsville area convenience store.
Myron Dennis Hartley, 29, of Darlington is wanted on a charge of second-degree burglary, according to a press release from the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded early the morning of June 4 to an alarm call at the Market on the corner of East Carolina Avenue and S.C. 102.
When they arrived, they found someone tried to steal the ATM from inside the store. The would-be thieves drove a small white car through the front door of the store and attempted to drive off with the ATM, which was bolted to the floor.
