Fire destroys Little River home

A dad, his daughter and grandson are now without their Little River home.  Horry County Fire Rescue officials say they were called at 12:30 p.m. on July 19 to a structure fire.  They fought the blaze for hours, and called it total loss.  No one was hurt.  The people living inside the home are now staying with other family, Horry County Fire Rescue officials say.  Firefighters from North Myrtle Beach, Calabash, and Horry County Fire Rescue responded to the scene.  Firefighters say they don’t know yet what caused the fire.  They are investigating.
