Exercise-related injuries are increasing among baby boomers

Orthopedic surgeons say they’re seeing a sudden influx of 45 to 64 year olds suffering from exercise-related injuries. 

They are calling it, “boomeritis.“

More than 150,000 baby boomers ended up in the hospital last year due to exercise related injuries.
